£10pp Nibbles Package

Enjoy a selection of sharing platters, breads, and olives that will delight your guests:

• Pane Casereccio A selection of warm homemade bread served with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar (VG).

• Bosana Olives From Alghero (VG).

• Antipasto Terra A selection of our finest cured meats and cheeses served with homemade bread, truffle honey, and walnuts (N).

• Dell’Orto Grilled courgette, aubergine, artichokes, peppers, and asparagus marinated with garlic, chili, and parsley oil (VG).

• Fritto Misto Kelu Fish of the day, baby squid, peeled king prawns, and tempura courgettes served with homemade tartare sauce and agliata – a typical sauce from Castelsardo made with tomato passata, garlic, and vinegar. Perfect with fried fish.

 

£20pp More Than Nibbles Package

Upgrade your experience with our "More Than Nibbles" package, which includes everything in the £10pp package plus additional mouth-watering delights:

• Arancine Ragu’ Beef ragu, peas, and taleggio stuffed rice balls served with tomato sauce.

• Arancine Funghi e Tartufo Stuffed rice balls filled with mixed wild mushrooms, truffle sauce, and mozzarella di buffala (V).

• Dolci by Paradiso Choose from a selection of delightful tiramisus:

  • Tiramisu Classico: Classic tiramisu made with savoiardi coffee and mascarpone cream (Can be made Vegan & Gluten Free).

  • Tiramisu Pistacchio e Nutella: Tiramisu with Nutella and pistachio.

  • Tiramisu Biscoff: Tiramisu with Biscoff spread.
